This information applies to licensing tasks which can be performed by Gun Dealers.

This screen allows additional data about the buyer to be captured. If any of this optional data was entered during the licensing process, it will automatically pre-populate into this screen.

To access this screen select a record whose sales status is "Sale In Draft." Click the Buyer/Purchaser Info link in the left-side navigation and then click the Physical Attributes sub-link (show me).

Directions:

1. Add or update data for any of the fields on this screen.

2. Click the Save and Continue button.

Results:

MIRCS Massachusetts Instant Record Check System, the computer application for which this user guide is written will save the Other Details information and display the Weapon Information screen.
